CUHK - Alumni Account Management

If you forgot your Alumni ID or Password, you will need to provide certain personal information registered with CUHK to verify your alumni identity. Once verified, a One-Time Passcode(OTP) will be sent to your registered email address or Hong Kong mobile number. You can then use this OTP to reset your password.

This Alumni ID Inquiry / Alumni Password Reset Service is available exclusively for CUHK alumni. Individuals who have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or higher at CUHK, and whose graduation has been formally approved by the University Senate, are recognized as CUHK Alumni.
